SDC - 110IV - Mortise Electric Bolt Lock with 2-3/4" by 1-1/4" Face Plate and Less Auto Relock Switch - 12/24VDC - 628 (Satin Aluminum Clear Anodized)
The SDC 110IV is the most basic bolt locks available. The bolt assembly is adjustable forward up to 1" (25.4mm) past the face plate to accommodate wide door gaps or special applications. The unit features failsafe operation.

The customer service is a mess. Multiple people jump in the email chain and contradict each other. There are also people there who go out of their way to make your life more difficult. If you order from them, make sure you read the fine print because many items are exempted from return "regardless of their condition" as was stated to me in an email. I.e. whether they are damaged or whether you try to cancel the order before they deliver it.
