Technical Support Information - Lock Labs
We have different avenues for our tech support,
- We have machine support & Repairs, which does not include assistance with Vehicle programming.
- Calibrations, network issues, updates, activations, stolen devices. etc.
- We have Autopropad tech support, which is only for vehicle programming using the Autopropad. For this option, you must have an active
subscription.
For device issues, needing to speak to someone in our repairs department, will have 1 of 2 options.
We are fully aware of the newer g3 versions is not on this list; they can choose any option and list the serial number in the Serial # field. If they do not know their serial
number, please contact us via phone or email. If we are unable to find the machine, the customer will need to contact the distributor which the machine was purchased
through.
