We have different avenues for our tech support,

• We have machine support & Repairs, which does not include assistance with Vehicle programming.
• Calibrations, network issues, updates, activations, stolen devices. etc.
• We have Autopropad tech support, which is only for vehicle programming using the Autopropad. For this option, you must have an active subscription.

We are fully aware of the newer g3 versions is not on this list; they can choose any option and list the serial number in the Serial # field. If they do not know their serial number, please contact us via phone or email. If we are unable to find the machine, the customer will need to contact the distributor which the machine was purchased through.

Warranty Duration:

• The warranty is valid for FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

• Covers manufacturing defects and defects related to machine components.
• Includes labor costs for replacement or repair of defective parts.
• Applies when the machine has been operated correctly according to provided instructions/documentation.

Exclusions:

• Consumable components subject to wear-and-tear, including but not limited to cutters, brushes, and tracers.
• Damage caused by improper setup or incorrect usage, acts of God, fire, theft, vandalism, or other natural or man-made disasters.

Limitations:

• Repair or replacement of faulty components does not extend the original five-year warranty period.

Cancellation:

• The warranty becomes void if repairs or attempted repairs are performed by anyone other than qualified JMA service personnel.
