Key Points of Our Return Policy
  • Return Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Brand New OEM Keys
    • Lishi Tools
    • Turbo Decoders
    • Readers
    • Hollon Safes
    • AUTEL Remotes
    • Xhorse Remotes
    • ILCO Keys, Remotes, and Lock Cylinders
    • Strattec Products
    • Software, Tokens, and other Digital Activations
  • Customized & Special Orders: Please note that customized items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. As these products are specifically tailored or made to order, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been confirmed.
  • Restocking Fee:All items are subject to up to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Replacement and Exchange: Items in unused, original condition may be exchanged for equivalent products. Shipping and handling charges may apply.
  • Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items: Damaged, Missing or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Replacements or compensation cannot be issued after this time.
  • RMA Requirement and Return Form: All returns must be initiated through our online return form. Customers will receive an RMA number and detailed instructions for the next steps. Returns without an RMA or those not following the provided instructions may be refused.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid shipping with a tracking number. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Risk of Loss: Once the carrier indicates the package has been delivered, Locksmith Keyless is not responsible for replacement orders.
Warranty Support:
  • Xhorse Warranty: Covers non-wear parts for one year. Does not cover tablets, displays, screens, cutters, decoders, key clamps, or accessories.
  • Brand Name Locks and Machines: Returns must be approved through the manufacturer. Contact information is listed on our Tech Support Page.
Programming Costs and Liability

We do not refund programming costs in case of unsuccessful programming by a local technician. While we stand behind our product with a full refund, we have no control over who is programming it for you. The remote may not program successfully due to various reasons, including:

  • The vehicle is not equipped for programming.
  • The vehicle may require a different remote (OEM or aftermarket).
  • Electrical issues with the vehicle (such as a low car battery voltage, bad fuse, or other problems).
  • The key programmer used may not support all year, make, and model variations, meaning the technician may lack the necessary software or hardware for programming.

We encourage you to ensure that the technician has the proper tools and experience before proceeding with programming.
