3M Super Duty Rubbing Compound is an aggressive compound that removes 1000 and finer sand scratches on all types of paint surfaces and gelcoats. This compound remains wet on the job with little or no mess, maintains high rate of cut with constant pressure and buffs to high gloss with minimum effort. It can be used by hand or machine.
Aggressive Cut Quickly Eliminates Imperfections: 3M Super Duty Rubbing Compound aggressively eliminates scratches and oxidation. The compound stays wet longer so there is enough time to remove imperfections. The heavy cut compound smooths out blemishes and produces a lustrous appearance with minimal effort. Our Super Duty Rubbing Compound works on all types of automotive paint and gelcoat.
Body Shop Safe: This rubbing compound contains no waxes or silicones, making it safe for automotive body shops. It's recommended to follow up with polishes and waxes to preserve and protect the finish.

The customer service is a mess. Multiple people jump in the email chain and contradict each other. There are also people there who go out of their way to make your life more difficult. If you order from them, make sure you read the fine print because many items are exempted from return "regardless of their condition" as was stated to me in an email. I.e. whether they are damaged or whether you try to cancel the order before they deliver it.
