CROOKS

They expect you to send a picture of the back of the unit with the serial number so they can “activate “ your update. With this information, unit can be taken off your AUTEL account. Think twice before you buy. They ship you nothing. They claim it will be shipped FedEx 2 day delivery. 4 days later I still did not have the update and when I called them out on it, they cancelled the order and refunded. BEWARE!!!
