At Locksmith Keyless, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a simple return process. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Certain items, including OEM keys, Lishi tools, and customized orders, are non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns require an RMA number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Autel MaxiIM IM608 programming tool includes one year of free software updates and hardware warranty. After the initial year expires, you may purchase an additional year of Total Care Program (TCP).
This subscription can be purchased at any time and it will add 12 more months of updates and warranty to your current time. As long as your Autel MaxiIM IM608 tool is updated, it is also under warranty.
This AUTEL MaxiIM IM608 subscription comes in form of a card, with series of numbers. Those numbers need to be entered into your Autle ID to activate the update. For additional help go to www.pro.auteltech.com

In this case. the autel update is the same for everyone. The cost and the service is what I am rating. Locksmith Keyless had one of the best prices around and the turn around time is great. They will tell you 2 or 3 days but in my experiance in the times i have used them. They under promise and over deliver. Usually an email with the update code comes the next day after my order. I recommmend them to everyone I talk to.
