The product photos don't show the inside of the case. When I received the product, I discovered that the the metal contacts for the battery were missing from the plastic back. I was going to call the provider, but thought I'd try pulling the metal contacts from the old case and installing them in the new case back. That worked, even though the mount was different. I'm still not sure if I was "shorted" the metal contacts, or if I was expected to move the contacts like I did. Second problem: I'm not sure if the lock and unlock buttons are working independently; I suspect both buttons are activating the same function. I have some more testing to do.
