Disappointed

The Mercedes hard keys I ordered looked great. The communication was great. Price was great. Problem, took them to be cut at my local locksmith (he does laser cut keys) and he checked to make sure the were not steel and attempted to cut them. I could tell it was much noisier. He cut the first side, when he went to cut the second side it broke the cutter. I feel responsible for the damage and offered to pay for the new cutter. Now I will order the key from the Mercedes dealer. I called LOCKSMITH KEYLESS spoke with a sales person who said I would recieve a call back from customer service, never recieved a call back.
