Note: For 1994 - 1997 Honda Accord Ignition Lock there is a variation in the end of the plug of the locks that were installed on the car when it was built.
We know of no way to know which design is used without disassembling the old lock to see what is there.
Depending upon which design is used you may be able to rebuild the old lock using our cylinder C-19-121 or you may have to use our C-19-239 (this product) complete lock and housing.
If the end of the plug of the old lock looks like the one in the picture below our C-19-121 will not work, you must use the C-19-239 (this product). Replacement cylinders with the end of the plug shaped like this one are not available.

Customer Service call computer hung up on me multiple times and I was never able to talk to anyone ever. They claimed after holding for them for 10-15 minutes each time that they were having a technical difficulty and I should try the call later. Each time I tried, same story. This was well within their normal business hours. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable.
