At Locksmith Keyless, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a simple return process. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Certain items, including OEM keys, Lishi tools, and customized orders, are non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All returns require an RMA number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

TownSteel - Proximity Lock Programming Card Pack - Register - Program - Clear
The Prximity Lock Programming Card pack is required for programming RFID or other proximity style locks by TownSteelThe Programming, Clear and Register Keycards are critical to the overall control of the
lock system and it is recommended that these cards be kept in a secure location and
controlled. If possible the Register Keycard should be kept in a separate location.
- Programming Keycard- Used for programming User Keycards, Office Keycards, RCUs and importing information into the lock.
- Clear Keycard- Used for deleting User Keycards, Office Keycards, RCUs and exporting information from the lock.
- Register Keycard- Used as a backup in the event that the Programming and/or Clear Keycard(s) are lost. The Register Keycard can program a new Programming or Clear Keycard and makes the previous Programming or Clear Keycards inactive.
Return Policy:
1. We only accept returns of sealed products.

Customer Service call computer hung up on me multiple times and I was never able to talk to anyone ever. They claimed after holding for them for 10-15 minutes each time that they were having a technical difficulty and I should try the call later. Each time I tried, same story. This was well within their normal business hours. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable.
