The THINKCAR THINKADAS ELITE (Advanced Driving Assistance Systems) is Fully foldable design including completely flat folded base, close-fitting foldable arms, and foldable crank handle with Multi-functional base integrates 360°rotating wheels, wheel locks, and fine-tuning height-adjustment to adapt to uneven ground. The equilateral triangle design of the base ensures a stable frame Digital distance laser shows the cross-bar height and makes sure it is equal to the standard value precisely. Five line laser and fine-tuning switch help to easy center the device and parallel to the vehicle and offer high precision calibrating. Special small target design makes it convenient to carry and store.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a key duplicator and 3 packs of 50 blank keys. Only 1 pack arrived with the duplicator. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service is the culture. Over the last week, I have spoken with 3 different people and have have sent emails back and forth. After a week, I still can't get anyone to respond to send me the rest of the blank keys I paid for. I have purchased multiple key duplicators, cutting wheels and blank keys from them over the years and they are willing to loose a repeat customer over $20 of missing keys. I don't believe they are trying to defraud me over $20, but seems that no one there has the authority to replace the missing keys or authorize a refund. SMH
Customer Service My experience with locksmith has been bad. I have never experienced such a difficult time just to purchase a piece of hardware under $900. In order to purchase a key cutter, they will hold onto the key cutter AFTER you purchase it and WILL cancel the order if you do not send: Driver's License, ID card, or Passport, Credit/Debit Card Verification, Proof of Address AND Screenshot of the Bank Transaction. THEY SHOULD NOT NEED THIS INFORMATION!!!
