The customer service is a mess. Multiple people jump in the email chain and contradict each other. There are also people there who go out of their way to make your life more difficult. If you order from them, make sure you read the fine print because many items are exempted from return "regardless of their condition" as was stated to me in an email. I.e. whether they are damaged or whether you try to cancel the order before they deliver it.
