MaxiSYS MS919 is a 9.7-inch touchscreen Android-based advanced diagnostic tablet powered by an Octa-core processor (2.2GHz Quad + 1.8GHz Quad), 128GB memory and features the MaxiFlash VCMI, a 5-in-1 communication and testing tool providing wireless vehicle communications between the vehicle and tablet and supporting the latest DoIP, D-PDU and Mega CAN vehicle communication protocols. The VCMI also functions as a 4-channel oscilloscope, waveform generator, multimeter and Can BUS tester. Horrible customer service. Ordered a key duplicator and 3 packs of 50 blank keys. Only 1 pack arrived with the duplicator. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service is the culture. Over the last week, I have spoken with 3 different people and have have sent emails back and forth. After a week, I still can't get anyone to respond to send me the rest of the blank keys I paid for. I have purchased multiple key duplicators, cutting wheels and blank keys from them over the years and they are willing to loose a repeat customer over $20 of missing keys. I don't believe they are trying to defraud me over $20, but seems that no one there has the authority to replace the missing keys or authorize a refund. SMH

These remotes are advertised for a TSX Wagon (with power lift gate) They are only compatible with the TSX sedan (with a generic trunk). They can only be programmed to open a sedan trunk. They will not open a wagon lift gate. No bueno.

My experience with locksmith has been bad. I have never experienced such a difficult time just to purchase a piece of hardware under $900. In order to purchase a key cutter, they will hold onto the key cutter AFTER you purchase it and WILL cancel the order if you do not send: Driver's License, ID card, or Passport, Credit/Debit Card Verification, Proof of Address AND Screenshot of the Bank Transaction. THEY SHOULD NOT NEED THIS INFORMATION!!!
