WORTHLESS!!! says it will work on 2023 f350 but does not so now i've wasted money by having keys cut and attempted programming (with NO ford success) so out hundreds for nothing!!

Customer Service call computer hung up on me multiple times and I was never able to talk to anyone ever. They claimed after holding for them for 10-15 minutes each time that they were having a technical difficulty and I should try the call later. Each time I tried, same story. This was well within their normal business hours. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable.
