Package arrived in perfect condition. Opened case and pushed power button and screen was damaged. Called and emailed daily trying to get resolution quickly. Finally got an RMA number yesterday. Cost me $30 to ship it back. Let’s see how long it takes to get another one and how much it cost me. I know the issue wasn’t with this company that it came from manufacturer but customer service could have been faster on a remedy since I lose money everyday I don’t have a working device.
