Trine - 30LC - Electric Strike Body 3000 Series Fail Secure - 12/24 VAC/DC 
I purchased three of these electric strikes over the past two years. All three have failed and needed to be replaced. At first the strikes worked as expected. However, over time t would take multiple seconds before they would unlock. The voltage supplied to the strikes was increased from 12vdc to 24 Vic. This helped for awhile but ultimately the strike failed. Two would not open and one would not close. Not anywhere near the number of cycles shown in the specs. I have decided that all of these need to be replaced with a different vendor as they are not reliable.
