The 10X Line has been put through rigorous above and beyond ANSI/BHMA testing, surpassed some testing by more than 20X the ANSI/BHMA requirements making it the strongest, most reliable cylindrical lock on the market
Features:
- Compatible with several security key systems (Degree, Signature, KESO, etc.)
- Prevents entry and maintains egress against more than 3,100 in-lb locked lever torque (2.6x ANSI/BHMA A156.2 requirements)
- Withstands 1,600 lbs offset lever pull (8x ANSI/BHMA A156.2 requirements) and continues to restrict entry
- Ensures latch retraction with 100lb preload (2x ANSI/BHMA A156.2) while maintaining operation in warped doors or doors with latch bind
- Prohibits entry after more than 100 vertical impacts (20x ANSI/BHMA A156.2 requirements)
- Innovative push/turn button design prevents damage from door stops and walls

Customer Service call computer hung up on me multiple times and I was never able to talk to anyone ever. They claimed after holding for them for 10-15 minutes each time that they were having a technical difficulty and I should try the call later. Each time I tried, same story. This was well within their normal business hours. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable.
