Major Mfg - HIT-40AR8 - Drill Guide for Adams Rite Levers and Paddles
HIT-40AR8 is for Installing Adams Rite 4560 Series Lever and 4590 Series Paddle Handles Installation of an Adams Rite paddle or lever handle is fast and accurate with the HIT-40AR8 installation template. To add a paddle or handle to an existing lock, simply remove the inside cylinder or T-turn and replace with a HIT-22 guide (supplied) and install the HIT-40AR8 onto the locating pin. Mounting holes are located through two hardened drill bushings in the template. After the holes are drilled, remove template, tap holes and install handle. When installing a paddle, remove lock, re-drill holes to 17/64", insert threaded posts and install lock and paddle. Installation is fast and accurate with no measuring required.

Customer Service call computer hung up on me multiple times and I was never able to talk to anyone ever. They claimed after holding for them for 10-15 minutes each time that they were having a technical difficulty and I should try the call later. Each time I tried, same story. This was well within their normal business hours. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable.
