The Camden CX-91S-12 is a single door magnalock with a holding force of 1200 lbs that can be surface mounted. Camden CX-90 and CX-91 Series single door magnetic locks offer the best performance and value. There is a range of 300, 600 and 1,200 Lb. models with the option of a built-in 'TDS' module that provide an adjustable timer, lock sensor, door status switch, relay and LED. Customer Service call computer hung up on me multiple times and I was never able to talk to anyone ever. They claimed after holding for them for 10-15 minutes each time that they were having a technical difficulty and I should try the call later. Each time I tried, same story. This was well within their normal business hours. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable.
