Description

ABRITES - AVDI-ZN060 - VAG Micronas (new-style connector) cluster adapter

This adapter is used to enter service mode for VAG VDO dashboards with a Micronas processor, the new style connector and TP2.0 protocol.
The ZN060 adapter is directly connected to the AVDI and it requires the ZN063 Power adapter 12V/1A DC (not included in the package).

Customer Service call computer hung up on me multiple times and I was never able to talk to anyone ever. They claimed after holding for them for 10-15 minutes each time that they were having a technical difficulty and I should try the call later. Each time I tried, same story. This was well within their normal business hours. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable.
