PACLOCK UCS Keyed Alike Cylinders, Starter Pack, Pack of 5 Cylinders w/ 5 Keys “KA5-5”
- UCS allows you to replace cylinders in your UCS padlocks in minutes. Whether you own a UCS-82A trailer lock, a UCS-6A Puck-Link, or a UCS-10A Job Box Lock, rekeying your padlocks is as easy as unscrewing a screw and replacing the old cylinder with your new cylinder.
- If maintaining strict key control is paramount to your business, and knowing that a loss of a key or a former employee walking away with one of your keys creates a security risk for your company, then stock an extra set of cylinders keyed to a brand new number. Once you recognize the security breach, you can immediately rekey your padlocks in minutes and negate the security breech. Then re-pin the original cylinders to a brand-new number with the UCS PK300 Pin Pack.
- The “KA” stands for “Keyed Alike” and means all the cylinders use the same key. The “KA5-5” pack comes with five keyed alike UCS high security cylinders and five nickel silver cut keys. No need to select a key number ~ we choose a brand new key number for you out of our 20,000 different key numbers for UCS padlocks. Build different groups of keyed alike padlocks by purchasing multiple quantities (every pack of 5 keyed alike cylinders will be keyed to a new number).
- Ultimate security with pick/bump resistant 6-pin cylinder technology that offers over 20,000 unique key numbers. Competitor padlocks in this class typically have 4-pin cylinders that limit unique key numbers to around 500. Padlocks with only 4-pin cylinders should be seen as a security risk.
