Keyline electronic key machines will continue to have free software updates for two years warranty period (from machine activation). After that, Keyline offers a variety of convenient software subscription packages that can be purchased in one year, 3 years, 5 years or lifetime increments.

Keyline will continue to offer technical support, warranty service and repairs for all machines. Please note, a software subscription is not mandatory for machines to continue functioning, only access to de downloads will be restricted until a subscription is purchased for machines past the two years warranty period. Keyline will contact you with a unique activation code that you can use to upload in your Keyline account.
