GKL HA7 The Hinge Doctor Designed for Commercial Spring Hinges
The Hinge Doctor® HA7 is designed to adjust commercial spring hinges. Simply slip the Hinge Doctor® HA7 over the top hinge and open the door until 5 or 6 inches past the point of resistance. Test your results and continue this process until the top vertical edge of the door stops rubbing the door frame or the door latch goes into the door strike hole smoothly.
Features:
- For 7-3/4" & 4-1/2" Adjustable Large Power Spring Hinges
- You should measure across the knuckle of the hinge to make sure you're using the right tool
- For knuckles up to 1.63"
- Be cautious not to use on smaller hinges, as it will split the tool
- For smaller spring hinges, the HA4D tool will handle up to .900"
